Shipping & Returns
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for regular priority shipping and $20 for overnight express. USPS is our common carrier.
All processed orders will be shipped the next business day after we receive them. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed. We ship Monday through Friday.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt exchange.
All returns & exchanges must be notified within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from receiving the order. A store credit will be issued after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS(RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
